WHY NARCISSISTS HATE TO BE IGNORED
In this video, I discuss why narcissists hate being ignored, and what you can expect when you decide that ignoring the narcissist is in your best interest and finally say, “no contact narcissist” and mean it.
Make no mistake, the narcissist ignores you on purpose and has no problem treating you to a healthy dose of narcissist ghosting. But when you turn the tables and ignore the narcissist, it’s a whole other story.
Narcissists are nothing if not predictable. Rejecting a narcissist means you’ll likely watch them turn from the neglectful narcissist to the hoovering narcissist, and often in short order.
Rest assured, ignoring the narcissist hoover is the healthiest thing you can do for yourself. Why? Because people with destructive narcissism DO NOT change.
Also, protecting yourself from narcissistic abuse is your responsibility, even from your narcissistic mother, your narcissistic father, and/or your narcissistic sibling.
Narcissistic abuse healing and recovery takes a lot of time, energy, and effort on your part. Don’t set yourself back by falling for the narcissist hoover.
