Few things anger me more than the people who enable narcissists.
Not the narcissist themselves…
But the people standing around them…
protecting them…
making excuses for them…
pretending not to see what’s happening.
Because here’s the truth.
Narcissists rarely operate alone.
They almost always have an entourage.
People who minimize the abuse.
People who rationalize it.
People who gaslight the victim.
People who say things like:
“That’s just how they are.”
“You’re too sensitive.”
“They didn’t mean it that way.”
“You need to be the bigger person.”

But they play a powerful role in keeping abusive dynamics alive.
